Built expense claim intake through Teams and WhatsApp, document capture in a web portal, and claimant, verifier and approver reviews. Implemented Gemini receipt extraction, a FastAPI backend and React portal, with accounting/ERP integration for invoices and general ledger journals.

Claim Pilot is an enterprise expense claim system built at Daxonet AI. Claimants submit claims through Teams and WhatsApp, or capture documents in a web portal, and each claim passes through claimant, verifier and approver reviews.

Gemini extracts the details from receipts. The backend is FastAPI with a React portal, and the system integrates with accounting and ERP software for invoices and general ledger journals.
